It is one of many said to be the source of the crown of thorns Christ wore. A protective plant, that safegaurds the heart of ailments, treating our number 1 killer; cardiovascual disease. In the druid's garden, it is the gatway to the other world. A fairy tree that maidens dance around and are drifted into sleep.
