My approach blends traditional folk herbalism with trauma-informed care, rooted in deep listening, somatic embodiment, and soul connection. This work is for those ready to take self-responsibility, people standing at a threshold, seeking to initiate change, reconnect with their deeper selves, and walk their path with more clarity and vitality. An Initial Consultation lasts 1.5hr and includes my formulation of your medicine protocol and plan which I will present back to you. Investing into 1 session rarely changes your health trajectory, so I only work with clients willing to commit to at least 3 sessions together. Healing takes time. Staying focused, accountable and creating new habits that last is part of the process.
