Initial Health & Herbal Consultation

Service Description

A thorough & holistic look at your body, mind & health. An Initial Consultation lasts 1.5 hrs and also includes any research and planning on my end to provide the appropriate health plan and herbal protocol for you. This will be presented back to you via email after our session. Investing into 1 session rarely changes your health trajectory, so I only work with clients willing to commit to at least 3 sessions together. Healing takes time. Staying focused, accountable and creating new habits that last part of the process.
