It’s one thing to dive into the psychedelic spaces & momentarily merge with the psycho-activity of plants, it’s another thing to ground that into one’s body and give the experience useful meaning. After(Self)care is just as important as the experience itself. Reflection is a final & crucial stage of learning, that dictates the experience’s implications. You opened this doorway, now you have a responsibility to walk all the through. But has anyone showed you how? In these coaching sessions we will look at the mechanisms underneath the psychedelic experience, and you’ll receive guidance around navigating your way through your life. I have experience working with a diverse range of master plant teachers and draw from traditional & non-traditional wisdom in our sessions.
 This service in no way condones the use of mind-altering substances, rather stands as a harm reduction tactic, being a service that aims to help make sense of these experiences in healthful ways.
