Bobinsana Bark Dry Herb || Calliandra angustifolia

Bobinsana, Calliandra angustifolia,  is a plant which originates from the Amazonian basin, where it grows on the edges of rivers and streams. It is a popular plant, grown for both it's beauty, and for it's use in traditional healing.

It is believed that Bobinsana is a powerful yet gentle teacher plant, who heals and opens the heart, promoting compassion and empathy, and increased awareness of our connection to the natural world. It is one of the plants commonly used in the practice of dieta.  We sell both the leaf & bark. The bark is more commonly used in dieta, but all parts are considered medicinal.

All parts of the plant are used medicinally, and it is  traditionally used for a wide range of conditions, including rheumatism, arthritis, inflammation, colds, and fevers. In some areas, it is used as a contraceptive, so should be avoided by pregnant women.

Please store in a cool dark place, out of sunlight, heat & air exposure.
