We take efforts to minimize our waste as much as possible, all packaging is either Eco-friendly, recycled or reused.

Our postage is handled through Australia Post, and for parcels within Australia tracking is included by default.

For international customers we encourage tracking to be included to ensure safe arrival.

Any customs regulations, taxes and or permits are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your regulatory bodies beforehand. Live plants (except cacti) are not available for international postage. Risk is taken at the buyers expense. Please ask any questions via email BEFORE buying.

Live plants within Australia are only available via express post, and will be sent on Mondays to avoid unnecessary time in the post office over the weekend.

 

Please be aware that we use biodegrade AF seed packets. They have a shelf life of less than 6 months. For long term storage to change your packaging.

If you are within the Next Day Delivery Zone express postage should only take 1 day to arrive from after processing (allowing approximately 2 days for processing). As we are a small project run on generosity, please be patient and allow a couple of days time for packaging and handling from when you purchase to when it will be posted. As we do our posting at the start of the week, if you order on a Wed-Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday/Tuesday.
