SHIPPING POLICY
We take efforts to minimize our waste as much as possible, all packaging is either Eco-friendly, recycled or reused.
Our postage is handled through Australia Post, and for parcels within Australia tracking is included by default.
As we are a small business please be patient and allow a 2-3 days time for packaging and handling from when you purchase to when it will be posted. If you need something urgently than email us first to confirm we can post in time for your needs. If you are within the Next Day Delivery Zone express postage should only take 1-2 days to arrive from after processing. Regular post can take 4-10 days.
Any customs regulations, taxes and or permits are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your regulatory bodies beforehand. Live plants (except cacti) are not available for international postage. Risk is taken at the buyers expense. Please ask any questions via email BEFORE buying.
Live plants within Australia are only available via express post, and will be sent on Mondays to avoid unnecessary time in the post office over the weekend.
Please be aware that we use biodegrade seed packets. They have a shelf life of less than 6 months. For long term storage to change your packaging.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on products for change of mind. We do not accept refunds for returned postage due to your country's regulatory or tax issues. If there is a problem, defect or other issue with your purchase (including postage damage on arrival) please take a photo and contact us to sort out a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.
PAYMENT METHOD
We currently accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, cash on pickup only. Please contact via email for direct bank transfer or crypto payments.
