ZenThai Shiatsu Body Work sessions utilising the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a Thai-style acupressure massage. Working with pain & injury healing using osteopathic techniques and facial releasing to bring fluidity into your joints and body. Please let me know in advance if you would like Cupping (especially good for should pain) or Herbal Poultice Body Work (anti-inflammatory steamed herbs pummeled on the body for pain; especially good in the Winter) so that I can prepare. Available at my home Rock Valley, or within 1.5 hr of Lismore for a home visit.
