Locally harvested Organic Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Tulsi is highly revered plant grown throughout India, and is often associated with the goddess Lakshmi. It is sometimes called "The Queen of Herbs' due to it's restorative and spiritual properties. Physiologically, it has a wide range of health promoting actions, which among many include supporting positive mood, clarity, relaxation, endurance, and vitality.
 
Locally harvested wyld Blue lily (Nymphaea caerula), Blue lily is believed to have been considered a sacred sacrament by the ancient Egyptian and Mayan cultures. It is thought to have empathagenic qualities, and promote relaxation, hypnotic mood elevation, intuition, dream recall, and sexual playfulness, and may have a tonifying effect on the sexual organs.
 
Wildcrafted Mexican Damiana (Turnera diffusa), Damiana is a popular herb which originates from Mexico. It is thought to promote vitality, energised relaxation, positive mood, and clarity, and is believed to have an aphrodisiac effect.
 
Cacao (Theobroma cacao), Cacao is a well known and loved plant, that originates from Central and South America, where it has a long history of use and appreciation, which continues to this day. Traditionally it is used both as a sacrament and as part of everyday culture, and is thought to promote mood elevation, clarity and heart centered awareness. Physiologically it contains compounds that interact with human endocannabinoid and neurochemical receptors.
 
Orange peel (Citrus sinensis), Orange peel has a long history of use in various medical traditions, and is thought to promote digestion, stimulate and build chi, and disperse stagnation. Extracted and preserved with love and sugarcane ethanol.
 
Alcohol extracts are far superior to any other method of extraction. It extracts the most amount of the chemicals compared to any other solvent. It helps the medicine to also diffuse quickly into the bloodstream.
 
Alcohol is warming and medicine unto itself. To add, it also can esterify vitamins, oils and other medicinal chemicals making them more bioavailable and water soluble.
 
To be really specific: the amount of alcohol in tinctures is incredibly tiny. Less than you will get from eating a few pieces of bread.
 
If you are taking 20 drops of a 60 percent alcohol tincture every hour for an acute condition, you will get less than 2ml of alcohol over the course of a day.
 
If you are taking a general dose of 20 drops three times daily, this is less alcohol than you will get from eating two slices of bread.
 
If alcohol is a serious problem for you, then consider alternative extracts.
